Who We Are

The HRA principals are Hannah Reynolds and Martin Davidson both of whom have many years experience in urban and rural regeneration.

Hannah Reynolds has over 25 years experience in assisting communities to identify and implement regeneration solutions. She is an experienced project manager of both large and small initiatives with a master’s degree in Business Administration and professional qualifications in community development and training. Hannah is an IHD accredited professional coach and an RSA Fellow.

Martin Davidson has more than 25 years experience in economic development in the public and private sectors. He is a qualified architect with master’s degrees in Urban and Regional Planning and in Business Administration with considerable knowledge of the whole economic development process from strategic planning through to successful project delivery.
